In this private, in person workshop we will go over your situation with even more intensity and clarity.

Many other people will have a lot of benefits to not tell you. To keep the peace, to not get involved over their head in something, to prevent change, to prevent you from growing up and away from them, to keep your focus on them instead of yourself, to continue to enjoy your boundary-free emotional real estate, to not having to see something that is too painful to see.

Having someone tell you the root issue is step 1. Everything depends on it. Without seeing it, you can shoot in the dark with therapy, self-help books and good advice for years.

In this session we will identify the root issue that has been holding you back, possibly for years. This is the start of the red thread.

This session is about getting a hold of that red thread. No matter how or with whom you then continue your journey, you have a clear idea of what to work on. And nobody can sell you BS or make you sit on couches for months any more. You know what to ask your therapist or coach, how long it should take them, and what qualification they need to help you.

In each session, I will also give valuable tips, tricks and techniques you can start to implement right away.

I will also write them up for you after the workshop, so you have something to take with.
